Everyone should have good & healthy habits. As someone has aptly said, " You become what you do continuously." I have the same opinion. Your intelligence or caliber does not matter. There is only one thing that makes successful persons successful and unsuccessful persons unsuccessful - One's Daily Routine.
I have read this great book called the power of Atomic Habits by James Clear. The author in the book gives very good tips & advises not to get indulged in hectic & bad habits. According to the author;
“You should be far more concerned with your current trajectory than with your current results.”
I also believe that we must have a good daily routine. As I am a budding star, I mean a student, it becomes very important for me to stay away from bad habits & make my personality glow with good habits.
Digging more into my daily routine is very simple. I get up early in the morning almost at 5:30 AM. Then I go on a morning walk with my friends right away. We return from there by 7:00 AM. Post my return, I have a very light breakfast & a glass of water. Drinking water early in the morning keeps my body hydrated throughout the day. Now that we are done with our breakfast, it's time to study. I read books for almost 2 hours. At 10:00 AM I get ready for going to school.
I reach my school as early as possible. There I have some chit-chat with my class fellows. We talk about our studies. Then, we assemble for the morning assembly. After finishing up the morning assembly, we attend our classes in our respective classrooms.
At 1:00 PM we have recess time. We have our lunch during the said time. After having launched, we play volleyball, & cricket on our school ground. At 2:00 PM our recess time ends & we all again have to attend our classes till 4:00 PM.
After returning from my school, I have some rest. Then again I start my studies. I read novels, fictional books, & comics. I also love to solve mathematical questions. It boosts my retaining power & my analytical ability. After studying for 3 hours, I have my supper. Post to that, I go to my library & start studying again. However, I make sure I don't neglect my sleep. I always sleep on time. When I feel a little bit drowsy I go to my bedroom and sleep...

My name is Shariq. As I am a student, I have a very simple daily schedule. I wake up at 7:00 in the morning every day. After waking up, I brush my teeth. I also take bath. It helps me to get & feel fresh the whole day. Then I have my breakfast. If I have some homework pending, I do that. Then I start getting ready for my school.
At 10:00 my school bus comes & departs for my school. Then we attend classes all day. We also do some Yoga Asanas there.
